Horns made by Dan Rauch have become legendary - especially since his retirement. They have been steadily rising in value due to how gorgeously they play and how beautifully they are made.
This horn was made with a different sent of valves than what he typically used - thus the number 001, they have great compression at 1.9. It's made of unlacquered yellow brass, has 2 amado waterkeys, and a Moosewood handstrap. There is evidence of repaired bell damage (well repaired) but other than that - the horn is in gorgeous condition.
A Thompson Edition blue fixed bell gigbag (Bags of Spain) is included.
