Lewis and Durk - 2 of the most famous designers in horn history worked together to create this amazing Geyer style double horn (Steve Lewis actually owns the 'Geyer' name!). The anniversary model has all new tapers and is a powerful horn. This horn is made of lacquered yellow brass, and has an added Alexander Flipper and adjustable fingerhook. Another hallmark of this model is that it has a Bb tuning slide (rare for a Geyer wrap horn). This one has been slightly modified in that the Main F and main tuning slide have had their ferrules shortened so that a slightly higher pitch can be obtained if desired. The leadpipe has the removable nib which means that you can purchase a different nib for European shank horns, or you can even try different depths for your mouthpiece to see which one works best. Minor dings here and there - and some lacquer wear (and scratches) - all are normal wear.
The compression is PERFECT at 0.1. This horn currently sells for thousands more!
Conn fixed bell case included if desired.
