This model, the Briz 2000G is SO popular that I am currently out of stock, and am not certain how long it will be until I can get more! This one is in fine condition and has been professionally maintained. The compression is perfect (0.1) and other than some minor dings here and there and some minor scratches in the lacquer it's GREAT. These horns are incredibly free blowing and gorgeously construction. The F branch is all one piece (most makers do not have the tooling to make it in one continuous bend), attentions to details like this help to make these such great playing horns. The 2 most famous players, Radovan Vlatkovic, and Yun Zeng (principal of Berlin) use their Briz horns quite often.
This horn is made of lacquered gold brass with a detachable flare. The thumb linkage and the fingerhook are fully adjustable for maximum comfort. This instrument will take a player well beyond their Conservatory years.
