The only reason this fantastic horn is listed as a 'used' horn is simply because someone owned it, but for all intents and purposes it is a new instrument! I think he said he played it once or twice - thinking he'd use it more often, but he never did. This is one of the famed 601s that were in use by the Vienna Phil. This horn is stunning. Made of unlacquered yellow brass with a wide garland. There is so little tarnish (showing how little the horn was even touched) - it is, as stated, almost a new horn.
Liquid slurs, smooth connections between notes, and a sound that is so 'classic'.
