The Yamaha YHR 667D has joined the pantheon of instruments which became even MORE desired after they were discontinued and replaced with a newer model (the 671). The 667 was one of Yamaha's longest running successes - it's a Knopf wrap which is beautifully hand crafted and it plays with ease. This one is made of lacquered yellow brass and has a good compression reading of 2.3 The fingerhook has been removed due to the addition of the Alexander duck foot. It is all original other than that - many players enjoy buying this model and then having it customized - taking it to a whole other level.
There are minor dings here and there as expected and so wearing of the lacquer throughout.
Marcus Bonna Ultra Lightweight detchable bell horn case included.
