When Paxman decided to offer a line of intermediate (more affordable) horns it was a game changer. The Academy line is a set of very high quality instruments designed by Paxman. They're all based on current high-end Paxman models like the model 20, or 27. This horn is a fixed bell yellow brass Academy model. It's in absolutely NEW condition without any dents or dings. The owner's spouse purchased it for them but the player had decided to retire from playing already. The compression is great at 1.9 and a fixed bell zip up case is included.
