Paxman 101L (F/Bb/Bb) #78111L RK

Very few of the model 100's/101's were ever made.  The high Bb side is amazingly secure when one knows how to correctly play these models.  (I remember Chuck Kavalovski playing one in the BSO)
This one is in stunning condition.  It has perfect compression (0.1).  It's made of lacquered yellow brass and is a Large bore which helps to counter the bright high Bb side of the horn.  This one also has a stopping valve which means you don't have to ever worry about transposing when playing gestopf.  (And it can be used when you need to transpose sections which are 1/2 step away.
