This Jupiter double horn has PERFECT compression, I mean, heck - there are FAR more expensive horns available where the company can't seem to get the compression right and here is a horn that is only $2100 and it registers 0.1!!! Ok, so, that means that the horn plays easily. Notes slot - intonation is good, and the red brass helps to make a dark tone. The horn is lacquered (there is lacquer wear here and there along with minor dings) but overall it's in good condition. Why would anyone pay $65/month to rent a really crap horn when they can buy one like this - and in the end have equity!
