Marcus Bonna and his team have done it again.  This has to be one of the most versatile cases for horn out there.  It's absolutely perfect for daily use - carrying your horn safely and all the other accouterments needed in daily life (laptop?  books?  drinks?)
It has multiple inside pouches and even a waist strap so that if you really load it up the weight will be carried on your hips, not on your shoulders.
