Yamaha YHR 668D #001073 RP

Yamaha horns are the most underrated instruments out there.  First of all they are gorgeously constructed and designed, second, they play incredibly well - thus the reason many prominent players use them.  The 668 was their answer to the Conn 8D - and honestly it plays FAR better than any 8D currently being made.  This one is made of lacquered yellow brass.  It has perfect compression (0.1) so that means it's entire life is ahead of it and that it was well taken care of.  This horn is all original and has just been ultrasonically cleaned.  There are a few smaller dings and some lacquer wear.  The case is the original Yamaha case.  This model is no longer in production as it has been replaced by the 672 (FAR more expensive!).
