I enjoy listing Paxman horns - each one is so unique and they all have that distinctive 'Paxman' sound that everyone yearns for. This is a Bb/High F descant made of unlacquered yellow brass. It's their 'L' (Large) bore - meaning that the bell tail and flare are a bit larger than their standard M size. This means that the high F side of the horn will more closely match the Bb side of the horn. The compression on this horn is fabulous at 0.9 - that's better than most maker's instruments new out of the box. There are lots of smaller dings throughout, but there is no evidence of any larger damage. All is originial with the exception of the flipper/Duckfoot. A ReUnion Blues gig bag is included.
This is a professional quality instrument. This horn weighs only 4.8lbs!
