These are made of the finest glove leather and have that all-important layer of plastic fabric between layers to keep persipartion from coming in contact with you horn. How many old Conn 8-d's have you seen with deep pitting? That is from sweat coming in contact with the nickel where the lacquer was chipped or worn. Handguards for almost all models in stock.

Leather hand guard
This is a great hand guard. It fits snugly and securely. Feels nice and I like that it extends enough to fit different hand sizes. My one suggestion would be the have the Velcro on the upper section to attach the other way around so that the seam doesn't rub on my thumb.

Leather Specialties grip is the best!
I have used Leather Specialties handgrip on my horns for years. When I buy a horn, this is always the first accessory I buy to go with it. Always top quality workmanship.

Leather Specialties Horn Hand Guard
High quality three-layer protection ensures your acidic sweat does not eat away at your lacquer and exposed bare metal surfaces. Very thin, but durable materials are used. Nice tight fit velcro design.

Leather Specialties Hand Guards
The hand guard fits the Yamaha 667 VS almost perfectly (it's a tad loose at the lower end given the taper of the horn), and it provides a sure, comfortable grip. A very good product.
