This is a rare, early Lawson Double horn made of lacquered nickel. It has been professionally owned and played (in both the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and the NY Philharmonic). The compression is still perfect (0.10 and other than a few dings it's in great condition. Between the fact that it's a Lawson AND that it's a rare nickel model - the sound of this horn is fabulous AND it can really project. I think the right player could obliterate an orchestra with this horn! The sound doesn't break up at intense volumes. There are some minor dings as mentioned and some lacquer wear, but it's all original.
A fusion gig bag is included. The original Lawson case is included as well, but they are HEAVY and if you want both cases there would be an extra shipping charge.
