This Lanstro L2 is made with the highest quality German parts. It features a hand hammered flare with a Lawson/Alexander ring and Meinl valves (which have perfect compression: 0.1). These horns are based upon the Conn 6D which was, for many decades, a top tier instrument played in major orchestras in the U.S. This one was professionally owned and maintained (the prev. owner was principal horn of a major U.S. Orchestra). It's made of unlacquered yellow brass with nickel receiver tubes. The Meinl valves are adjustable so that it can easily sit in Bb if desired, and the change valve paddle is fully adjustable for maximum comfort. It's in excellent condition with only a few minor dings. Just ultrasonically cleaned - it's ready for Strauss!
