Hoyer 6802ND #437392 LS

The 6802ND is Hoyer's version of the Conn 8D and honestly I think it's a FAR better horn than what Conn currently makes.  First off - the compression on this horn is perfect (0.1)!  The horn slots easier and is much more fluid in slurs than I find the 8D to be.  This one has been sitting in it's case for a while (thus the reason for some of the lacquer pitting and discoloration).  An Amado waterkey has been added as well as a Clebsch strap for comfort.  There are minor dings here and there and some lacquer wear and pitting due to the long term storage.  The thumb lever is adjustable so that you can make it fit your hand perfectly.  All this AND the horn has just been ultrasonically cleaned. It's ready to go and play Mahler - are you? ;)
