It's difficult to not give away who the owner of this horn is due to the fact that the model was named after him and it has his name engraved on it! You're looking at a JK180N, Jeff Nelsen model by Dieter Otto. It's made of unlacquered brass with a detachable bell. The horn has 4 Joy keys added to it so you never will have water in your horn while playing Handel's Water Music! ;) The compression is perfect with a reading of 0.1 and a Cardo case is included. These are lots of expensive extras! This horn has just been cleaned and has been professionally maintained. Odds are that if you listen to the Canadian Brass then you've heard this horn in action.
These horns are noted for being extremely free blowing with a precise high range and power throughout.
Small dings here and there, nothing out of the ordinary.
