This horn was part of a trio of horn made for the Boston Symphony horn section. It even sports the BSO logo (which they later had to stop doing for legal reasons). It was used for a few years in the symphony and has been perfectly taken care of. Made of unlacquered yellow brass it sports a perfect compression reading of 0.1. There are 2 Amado waterkeys and a flipper. Odds are that you have probably heard this horn if you've been to the BSO. Other than tarnish the horn is in excellent condition with one tiny ding on the bottom. Between the amazing way this horn plays and the rarity due to the logo infringement this is a very collectable instrument and a great orchestral player.
