Imported from Germany the Alexander/Lawson Ringset is the standard in the horn world. If you think you can cut your own bell or have a technician who can do it for you this is what you will need. You or your technician will need to have the necessary equipment to match the taper to your specific bell/horn.

    The ring with the bling

Alexander rings are excellent. Very easy to put the bell flare on, and it stays in place without slipping or loosening. Can't beat Ken's price either!

This ring set is the most affordable around and absolutely did the job! I highly recommend it if you are doing a screw bell conversion.

I have yet to put it on my horn. However I tested its function and visually inspected it upon receiving and it is exactly what I was looking for and feels of great quality.

    Alexander /Lawson ring set

Recently i bought a Conn Vintage 8DS horn. This horn is great, but my old Elkhart 8DS still was superior. Than i bought an Atkinson bell flare from Morris Powell, that made the new vintage 8D play so much better. Only thing, the screw on this bell didn't fit the vintage one. Now with the screw bell ring set purchased from Pope repair, the vintage plays as beautifully as the elkhart 8D.Thanks Ken!
