When I see a horn that looks like this one it sparks my interest. This horn was loved, and played a LOT which means that the owner felt it was a great playing horn. Now retired the owner is parting with it - it's an unlacquered Alexander 103. The horn has a detachable flare (Alexander ring) and there are 3 patches on it. An Amado waterkey has been added to the leadpipe (which is an original 103 pipe). This horn isn't pretty, but it SOUNDS pretty! At this price it's worth trying!
It does come with a very heavy and large flat case but I would suggest not having it shipped with that case (just toss it!)
