King Fidelio 2269 Double Horn #151914 CS

If your dilemma about getting a horn for a younger player is that you are concerned about price - this is the double for that player!  It's priced lower for many reasons which I'll go in to - but overall the horn plays well, has just been serviced, and it will take that player to the next stage in their budding horn playing life.  It's made of lacquered yellow brass.  There are many small dings - nothing big, and there is evidence of solder repairs in a couple places.  The compression reads a 4.0 and there is some dezincification on the leadpipe.  As long as the horn is kept well oiled that shouldn't pose any issues.  
Think of it this way - a double horn rental is about $65 a month - and at the end you have nothing to show for it.  This horn is the equivalent of less than 2 years of rental!
