Meinl Flare (Spun) AS

Meinl is probably the biggest maker of bell flares in the world.  Most of the high end German makers use Meinl flares.  This one has a Lawson/Alexander ring - it's made of unlacquered yellow brass (tarnished), and it's in great condition.  I could only find a few tiny dings on it.
This is almost half the price of a new one!
