This used horn is in great physical condition, with minimal dings. This is a horn Alexander made in the 1970's and nick-named the "Heldenhorn". The Alexander “Heldenhorn” was copied from an original Geyer double horn that belonged to Milan Yancich in the early 1970s. According to Hans Herrmann at Alexander, the company has no archive for this model because this was a custom order for Milan. But he remembers these horns being made in the middle or end of the 1970s. He thinks between 20 and 30 of these horns were made. The number 6 on the bottom of the valve levers designates that this was the 6th Helenhorn made, Compression reads 2.0 out of 8.0, which is quite good.
Comes with a fixed bell case.
