I've never seen one of these before in all my years in this business. Made by Alexander in Germany this is a Haydn Horn which takes a trumpet shanked mouthpiece (or a horn with a trumpet adapter). They were usually made in pairs, with a left handed and right handed version. It's old and amazing and FUN to play. Clockwork springs, unlacquered brass, great condition! (though, the case is ugly a.f.). The 'case' is a grey Reynolds fixed bell with a broken handle.
