This is a rare Alexander 101 double horn (discontinued) in really nice condition. The compression is fabulous at 0.4 so the horn has not been used very much. It is made of lacquered yellow brass with an Alexander ringset. There is evidence of some dent repair along the bell wire - but other than that it is in very nice condition. This is a great way to get that famous German sound without breaking the bank. The Meinl valves are smooth, and can be easily changed to sit in Bb. The minibal linkages are efficient and you never have to worry about breaking a string.
