This Geyer double is more than just a piece of horn history, it still plays well and has an astounding valve compression of 0.3! With the exception of an Amado water key installed on the leadpipe, all parts are original on the instrument. It is made of unlacquered yellow brass and has two detachable bells, with valve levers that use string linkage. There has been some patch work done on the bell tail, which is common for older horns like this, but the horn appears to be in good condition and should not need any repairs for a long time (unless not oiled or dropped/dented in some way). The horn and both bells do not come with a case.
